Optimum Capital was established by Menashe Ram and Giora Zarechansky, both with extensive experience in the capital markets who have successfully completed hundreds of transactions worth billions of NIS. With vast experience both on the buy side and sell side, Menashe and Giora bring a broad overview, strong network connections, profound understanding, and a unique perspective of how to plan and execute a deal properly for the benefit of their clients.

About Us

מנשה רם

Menashe Ram, CPA, M.B.A.

Mr. Ram has more than 25 years of executive experience in the local capital market, where he held a variety of senior positions in underwriting and issuing companies. Previously, he served as Chairman of Discount Underwriting (the underwriting firm of Discount Bank) and as Chairman of the Whitestone Group (public). Over the years, he led the planning and execution of hundreds of transactions of all types, including first-time innovative deals.

Menashe has a strong ability to analyze corporate finance issues, and he is closely familiar with a variety of public and private companies, and institutional and other investors.

Menashe acts as Chairman of the Borad at Westdale America Limited (public) and member of the board at Jakob Finance (public), and Luzon Ronson (public).

Menashe is a certified public accountant and holds an M.B.A. from the Hebrew University.

גיורא סרצ'נסקי

Giora Zarechansky, M.B.A.

Mr. Zarechansky brings more than 25 years of executive experience in the local capital market, where he held various senior positions, including CEO at Clal Provident Funds, CEO at Yashir Investment House, and CIO at Amitim Pension Funds – the largest institutional investor in Israel (asset portfolio valued at AUM NIS400B). As a senior executive, he has been involved in transactions worth tens of billions of NIS of capital and debt.

Giora specializes in analyzing complex financial issues and alternative investments and is closely familiar with decision-makers and decision-making processes within institutional investors.

Giora is a member of the boards and investment committees of Yelin Lapidot Mutual Funds Management, Bet Shemesh Engines Holdings (public), Boney Hatichon (public), Teachers’ Association Educational Funds and Gilad Pension fund where he also acts as Chairman of the Invesment commitee.

Giora holds an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University.
